HOW TO GET HERE

From The airport (Canova TREVISO): take the Bus to VENICE and stop at Piazzale Roma, take the Boat ACTV vaporetto n.2 (in the direction San Zaccaria, VIA GIUDECCA), and get off at the San Zaccaria stop. At the stop, walk to the Vittorio Emanuele monument and through the “sottoportico” (colonnade) to Campo San Zaccaria, turn left and then immediately right. There; is a Bar in the corner (Bacaro Risorto);a moment’s later you’ll be in Fondamenta de l’Osmarin. Cross the first bridge on the left (ponte dei Carmini) and you’ll see the main entrance of the Residence, third door on your right.

From the airport MARCO POLO: take the Boat Alilaguna blue line and get off at the San Zaccaria-Jolanda stop (about an hour’s journey). At the stop, walk to the “sottoportico” (colonnade) to Campo San Zaccaria, turn left and then immediately right, you will see a Bar in the corner, (Al Bacaro Risorto). A moment’s later you’ll be in Fondamenta de l’Osmarin. Cross the first bridge on the left (ponte dei Carmini) and you’ll see the main entrance of the Residence, third door on your right.

From the Train Station: take the Boat ACTV vaporetto n. 2 at the wharf just outside the station on the left-hand side (in the direction of San Zaccaria, VIA GIUDECCA), and get off at the San Zaccaria stop. At the stop, walk to the Vittorio Emanuele monument and through the “sottoportico” (colonnade) to Campo San Zaccaria, turn left and then immediately right You will see a bar in the corner, Al (Bacaro Risorto). A moment’s later you’ll be in Fondamenta de l’Osmarin. Cross the first bridge on the left (ponte dei Carmini) and you’ll see the main entrance of the Residence, third door on your right.

The San Zaccaria stop for the main vaporetto boat lines is 200 metres away. From there you can quickly get to all the islands in Venice (Murano, Burano, Torcello, the Lido of Venice, San Giorgio, La Giudecca) as well as the Railway Station, Piazzale Roma (with the coach and bus station) and the Tronchetto car-park. The Alilaguna airport shuttle bus stops directly at the wharf of San Zaccaria, a three-minute walk from the Residence.
