Conditions:
– Price min. 100,00€ / Price max. 400,00 € per night.
– Children from 0 to 12 years old: extra bed will cost 35 euros per night.
– € 45,00 per night for each extra bed ( Please check availability first) starting from 13 years old.
– The price is inclusive of: Air conditioning/heating, wifi, room safe, linen, towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, extra toiletries, professional hairdryer, coffe and tea making facilities.
– The tourist tax is not included (4,00 € per day per person ).
– Check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Your arrival time must be communicated:
– Check-out from 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
– We accept CASH payment. Your card maybe preauthorized. Your credit card is required as a guarantee only.
– The balancing amount is to be paid upon arrival.
– No smoking is permitted inside.
– NO BREAKFAST IS SERVED-
The following terms apply to renunciation of a reservation, no-show and failure to cancel a reservation (e-mail) 20 days before date of arrival:
No penalty for cancellation until 20 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made after this date or in case of changes or no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
The amount is billed directly to the credit card in the same way as for a no show or, alternatively, the downpayment received upon confirmation of the reservation is withheld. We accept cancellations only by e-mail (not by telephone).
