This loft-apartment tof about 55sqm features beautiful original beams and is situated on the third and topmost floor.  The room has two windows facing directly onto the Rio de Osmarin and has a queen size bed, a table and chairs where one can leisurely breakfast ; The private bathroom en-suite bathroom is windowed and contains toilet, bidet, washbasin, shower cubicle, hair dryer, and heated towel rail. And finally a small kitchenette !

The suite also has an attic with exposed wooden beams and has a large  private terrace of some 12 sqm overlooking the Rio de Osmarin with a splendid view of St. Mark’sBell Tower.  It is also served with table and chairs to offer you the opportunity to breakfast over the rooftops of Venice.

The suite can accomodate two people but is also a good solution for three or four people ; in fact in the attic we have created a very cute small bedroom that can fit one more two person preferably not older than 16 years old.
